This Sports Performance training will help to improve athlete’s overall strength, speed, agility and conditioning. Training will be offered on Tuesday & Thursday evenings. Each session is part of a plan that builds skills and competency from one session to the next. You cannot beat this opportunity for professional training that averages out to about $12 per session. There will be no prorating available.

Week 1 = May 1st
Week 2 = May 8th (no Tuesday lift this week)
Week 3 = May 13th & 15th
Week 4 = May 20th & 22nd
Week 5 = May 27th & 29th
TIMES: 6:00pm - 7:00pm
