This Sports Performance training will help to improve athlete’s overall strength, speed, agility and conditioning. Training will be offered on Monday and Wednesday. Each session is part of a plan that builds skills and competency from one session to the next. You cannot beat this opportunity for professional training that averages out to about $15 per session.
