The Forge - August 2025
The Forge is a men’s training group that helps to improve overall life habits in order to make you the best version of yourself. Our sessions are a combination of strength training, high intensity interval training and conditioning circuits. We also include Pilates and regeneration session once a week. Training will be offered on Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays. Each session is part of a plan that builds skills and competency from one session to the next. You cannot beat this opportunity for professional training that averages out to about $12 per session. There will be no prorating available.

Week 1 = 11th, 13th, 15th & 16th
Week 2 = 18th, 19th, 20th & 21st (Staff is traveling, Dates are different this week)
Week 3 = 25th, 27th, 29th & 30th
TIMES = 6:00am - 7:00am (All Saturday Sessions are at 9:00am)
LOCATION: Mullen High School (Spirit Center)
COST: $115
