


The Forge October 2025
The Forge is a men’s training group that helps to improve overall life habits in order to make you the best version of yourself. Our sessions are a combination of strength training, high intensity interval training and conditioning circuits. We also include Pilates and regeneration session once a week. Training will be offered on Mondays, Wednesdays, Fridays and Saturdays. Each session is part of a plan that builds skills and competency from one session to the next. You cannot beat this opportunity for professional training that averages out to about $12 per session. There will be no prorating available.

Week 1 = 6th, 8th, 10th, 11th
Week 2 = 13th, 15th, 17th, 18th
Week 3 = 20th, 22nd, 24th, 25th
Week 4 = 27th, 29th, 31st
TIME: 6:00PM - 7:00PM (All Saturday Sessions are at 9:00am)
LOCATION: Mullen High School (Spirit Center)
COST: $150
