The Forge is a men’s training group that helps to improve overall life habits in order to make you the best version of yourself. Our sessions are a combination of strength training, high intensity interval training and conditioning circuits. We also include Pilates and regeneration session once a week. Training will be offered on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays. Each session is part of a plan that builds skills and competency from one session to the next.  You cannot beat this opportunity for professional training that averages out to about $12 per session.  There will be no prorating available.

DATES:

February

  • Week 1 = 2nd, 4th, 6th & 7th

  • Week 2 = 9th, 11th, 13th & 14th

  • Week 3 = 16th, 18th, 20th & 21st

  • Week 4 = 23rd, 25th, 27th & 28th

TIME: 6:00AM - 7:00AM (All Saturday Sessions are at 9:00am)

LOCATION: Mullen High School (Spirit Center)
