The Forge is a men’s training group that helps to improve overall life habits in order to make you the best version of yourself. Our sessions are a combination of strength training, high intensity interval training and conditioning circuits. We also include Pilates and regeneration session once a week. Training will be offered on Mondays, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday. Each session is part of a plan that builds skills and competency from one session to the next. You cannot beat this opportunity for professional training that averages out to about $12 per session. There will be no prorating available.
