This Women’s Group training helps to improve overall life habits in order to make you the best version of yourself. Our sessions are a combination of strength training, high intensity interval training and conditioning circuits. We also include Pilates and regeneration session once a week. Training will be offered on Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays. Each session is part of a plan that builds skills and competency from one session to the next.  You cannot beat this opportunity for professional training that averages out to about $12 per session.  There will be no prorating available.

DATES:

  • Week 1 = 6th, 7th, 8th & 9th

  • Week 2 = 13th, 14th, 15th & 16th

  • Week 3 = 20th, 21st, 22nd & 23rd

  • Week 4 = 27th, 28th, 29th & 30th

TIMES = 5:00pm - 6:00pm
